Even though Casa Howard is not a hotel and is not in the hotel category (e.g.
please note that we do not provide porters, nor do we have a lobby) we offer the
following services: Breakfast at Capo le Case
Breakfast at Capo le Case
If you choose to have breakfast at Capo le Case it will be served to you in your
bedroom. Breakfast consists of freshly squeezed orange juice and freshly cut seasonal
fruit, homemade jam and honey (from our Tuscan farm) and freshly baked cake and hot cornetti (croissant). Breakfast is served in
Ginori china and comes with English Tea, or italian coffee.
Breakfast at the Capo le Case Guest House in Rome costs 12 Euros per person.
If you would rather have breakfast in a café ('bar' in Italian) there are many
just around the corner from all three guesthouses. |

Turkish Hammam at Casa Howard
Tired from walking the Art Cities of Italy? A private Turkish Hammam (or Steam
Bath) awaits you at Casa Howard.
The Hammam in Via Capo le Case is subject to booking, unless you are guests staying
in the Chinese Room and it costs 25 Euros for both guests and non-guests of the Chinese room. |

Concierge Service
From tours to shopping, concert tickets, horse riding, cookery classes and massages,
our phone Concierge Service (not for restaurant reservations or booking enquiries)
can organize it all! Make the most out of your visit to Florence or Rome!

ADSL Wi-Fi Connection
All of our houses in both Rome and Florence have ADSL WI-FI connection, should
you need to surf the web with your laptop. It’s free, with no login or password
hassle!
A small PC with ADSL Internet is also available at the entrance in Via Capo le
Case. |

Kimonos & Sleepers
Some rooms in Via Capo le Case do not have en-suite bathrooms, and we therefore
provide you with fine "yukata" (kimonos) specially shipped from Japan, and slippers
to reach your private bathroom which is just down the corridor. |

Trust Concept
"Most of our Clients are always people the owners know or introduced by previous
guests. Word of mouth is the way we do it". This is why Members (all former Guests are considered Members of CH) have
a full priority when booking, and it is the reason why we ask who recommended
you to Casa Howard.
Friends of friends are people we can trust and this is why we give you a key
and access to refreshments, just help yourself to the fridges. There is a form
where you can write down what you have taken and pay us on departure. D.O.C wines
are also available from Siena (Tuscany) and from Vaiano (Lazio), red and white. |

Airport Greeting (Rome)
Feel like a movie star!
Our Greeter will be right at the door of your flight at Fiumicino (Roma) airport.
When disembarking your plane the first thing you will see will be our greeter
holding a flower. You will be lead through custom and luggage retrieval. In an
instant you will be in the car taking you to Casa Howard. On the day of departure our Greeter will meet you at the airport again. You will be escorted to the
check-in and through security and all the way to the door of your plane. On departure,
one of the tasks our Greeter can carry out is assist you to get cash refund for
the taxes on your purchases while shopping in Rome (when applicable). Ask for
costs when booking – free for more than 6 nights' stay! |

Cooking Classes (Florence)
Cooking a typical 3 or 4 course Italian lunch or dinner in Casa Howard's premises
(if you stay 3 nights or longer), or at our Partner's professional kitchen - within
walking distance - when you are more than 4 – in a utterly relaxed atmosphere!

In the summer Mint Soaps & in the winter Pomegranate Soaps. We are the only Guesthouse which Officina Profumo di Santa Maria Novella provides soaps too.

Fresh Flowers
When available we place fresh flowers in the room. They come from our garden in Frascati, just outside Rome. |

Olive Oil
In our Rome Guest House, Guests are given a complimentary bottle of our Olive
Oil, made on our Tuscan estate in Sarteano-Siena (every year, from November and until available). However, in Rome we also sometime
have some to give. |

Casa Howard Eco Bag
Our Eco Bag "this is not a ... and Casa Howard is not a Hotel", full of best
wishes for the future! It has been given to Guests staying more than 3 nights
until the end of its production. We are looking forward to producing a new model
in the future… This one had an amazing success |
