Florence Trattoria: Mario
Rating: good!Specialties: Very fresh ingredients, wholesome old peasant style, Florentine homely cuisine.
Address:Via Rosina 2/r, corner of Mercato Centrale.
Note: Noisy place, like a good trattoria is, full of people who eat very close to one another while enjoying their meal. It has won the Slow Food award of 2005 and 2006. Closed for dinner, Sundays and three weeks in August.
Florence Restaurant: Il Cibreo

Specialties: The “sformati”, “passati”, vegetables, perfectly, intensely and extremely tasty.

taste and the perfectly simple dishes. This is the first restaurant of the creator of the Teatro
Del Sale.
Cibreo is the name of an ancient dish. This restaurant has received the Slow Food award in 2005 and 2006. Closed in August and during Christmas holidays.
