Type: open air – wares from permanent stalls (antique prints, old books and posters, drawings, small antiques
Address: Piazza Fontanella Borghese.
Note: Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm.

Mercato di Campo dè Fiori

Type: open air food and flower, houseware and souvenirs market
Address: Campo de’ Fiori.
Note: picturesque. Open Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm.

Mercato di Piazza San Cosimato

Type: a small typical Roman market with flower stands
Address: Piazza San Cosimato.
Note: open Monday to Saturday, 7am to 1pm.

Mercato di Porta Portese

Type: large variety of… everything and anything…
Address: Via Portuense and Via Ippolito Nievo.
Note: it is open every Sunday from early in the morning till early in the afternoon and it displays any possible item, from antiques to food, from costumes to bric brac and flowers, furniture etc… It is really worth it, also because this is one of the most characteristic areas of the city…
